Do McDonald's Promote False Advertising?

Ever wondered why your burger doesn’t look quite like it does in the ads? Marketing Director of McDonald’s Canada, Hope Bagozzi, took us behind the scenes of a McDonald’s shoot to show us the detailed process in which a professional food stylist, photographer and image specialist prepared the burgers for a photoshoot. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSd0keSj2W8 So, is taking the extra time to prepare the food (which is of the same ingredients and quality McDonald’s use in their stores) really a false advertising claim? Granted they don’t prepare them like this in store but wouldn't that defeat the objective of fast-food? After plenty of discussion around the office, we don’t think there’s any harm done here. What do you think?

Keeping our brand in the hearts and minds of our clients and candidates is Kaylan's responsibility here at Network Marketing. Having joined as an apprentice in 2014 we're incredibly proud of the progress he's made. You'll find him most days with his head down doing research, creating content and sourcing great visuals but get him on the subject of Manchester United and you won't shut him up. He keeps our Manchester team young!
