Your job then is to sell the opportunity to these prospective candidates – again using your rapport and relationship building skills. You’ll then present your short list to the client making sure all communication is slick and professional. You’ll organise interviews and manage the offer process making sure that both candidates and clients are happy along the way. Tight administration skills and attention to detail are essential throughout.
