Jeannette has been with the business on and off since day one. For that reason alone her strengths lie in being very resilient (!), extremely well organised and a genius on our systems. She is primarily responsible for managing the team that support the consultants and for recommending and implementing new processes and procedures - all of this on top of the day job, that being to be the first point of contact with clients and candidates over the phone.
