Are you passionate about delivering compelling and effective Internal Communications? If so this role is for you! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Communications professional to join a major Professional Services Firm and to take on a key role within their Communications function.
Working closely with Senior Stakeholders and wider Marketing Team you will devise and deliver a creative internal communications and employee engagement programme for the Firm.
Develop and implement internal communications plans and activities to support firm wide and global initiatives.
Organise, write and deliver key internal communications.
Develop and maintain the internal communications plan for the Firm - Digital magazine, Intranet, microsites, social media, blogs, branded e-mails, e newsletters, video etc
Play a key part in redeveloping the Firms intranet whilst taking a lead role in the day-to-day management of the news section of the site.
Provide specialist internal communications advice and support to communications champions and raise awareness of Practice Group teams and leading Divisional Heads.
Influence and engage all staff/ stakeholders with cohesive and content led communications and support the Firms transformational employee engagement programme.
You will have experience working with/influencing senior executives and can clearly demonstrate creating and executing creative internal communication strategies that support business objectives and produce measurable improvement in business performance.
Having an Internal Communications background working in a Professional Services organisation i.e. Law/Accountancy Firm or within the Financial Services/Corporate arena would be beneficial but not essential for interview. Having a background in change would be advantageous.
