This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading marketing services agency and work with a well known telecoms retailer! Specialising in the planning, creation, and delivery of marketing communications campaigns, including point of sale, outdoor media, and direct marketing, this agency work with big brands around the country, creating individualised communications at high speed and volume.

The Role:

Following a new client win this agency is looking for an Account Manager to join their team on site with the client to act as senior point of contact and to oversee the on site client services team in delivering marketing and print campaigns. This includes management of campaign creation and print production teams, following campaigns through to final delivery. You will also be responsible for advising the client on the services, design and production methods available to them.

Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities of the role include:

–Management and development of your on site team;
–Building & developing the Client relationship & ensuring satisfaction;
–Account growth & profitability – working with the Account Directors and the Client to identify and develop business opportunities;
–Overseeing the co–ordination and management of the end to end campaign & production process.


Requirements:

Significant experience in a senior strategic marketing role is essential for this position, ideally working with retail and/or telecoms clients, though experience working on clients from similar sectors will be considered. The primary requirements of this role are to join the agency to manage the team and the correspondence with the client. Therefore it is essential that the right candidate comes from a managerial position.
