One of the leading names in consumer products is currently looking to appoint an Assistant Category Consumer Manager to support the Category Managers in driving forward product development.
Working across two different product ranges, you will be responsible for a range of duties; you will contribute to the new product development process, be constantly aware of competitor activity, produce monthly reports and help prepare presentations for customers, whilst supporting the Category Managers with any general administration duties required.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an instantly recognisable national brand. The successful candidate will be degree educated and will have existing marketing experience in a product driven environment, preferably within the consumer durable or FMCG sectors. You will be highly analytical and be confident using spreadsheets to produce reports. In addition you must be a highly driven individual and be eager to succeed.
This marketing job is commutable from Doncaster, Rotherham, Barnsley, Sheffield, Derby, Wakefield and surrounding areas.
