My client is a leading Law Firm with a great reputation for service delivery. Due to continuous growth they are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Bids/Tenders Co–ordinator to help the team in the preparation of all proposals and tenders across the Firms key service lines.
Working with key stakeholders and the wider business development function you will co–ordinate and manage all the firm wide credential documents, manage small proposals and Pre Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), PowerPoint Presentations, Track responses, carry out Post Result Analyses and generally assist the team in delivering successful pitches throughout.
Strong written/communication, project management, creative/editing and attention to detail skills are a must to ensure all documents and PQQs are of the highest quality and brand compliant.
For this very specific role we can only consider individuals with proven Bid/Tenders/Proposal management experience ideally gained from working in a professional services / partnership environment i.e. (law/accountancy/consultancy practice) or business services arena.
Having used the packages InDesign and Photoshop would be very beneficial for this role but not essential for interview.
