We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Events Project Manager to join a growing integrated communications agency based in Leeds and London. Specialising in creating and delivering experiential, communications strategy and brand marketing, this agency works with some of the leading names in the UK! In challenging times this agency has gone from strength to strength and this opportunity is core to their plans for growth over the next 12 months.
As Project Manager your role will focus on the delivery of live communications projects across large and small scale events, ensuring all projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
Key responsibilities will include:
–Day to day management of projects and campaigns
–First point of contact for project stakeholders
–Management of critical paths, production schedules, site plans
–Project costing/budget management
–Effective supplier management
–Conducting site visits
–Responsible for leadership of assigned staff and contractors.
To be considered you‘ll have extensive project management experience in the events/conferences industry. You must have demonstrable experience of managing technical briefs, budgeting, and on site events management, alongside project management of build projects. Added to this, you must be a highly organised individual who can cope with change and pace and have outstanding attention to detail to deliver work of the highest standard for your clients.
