The Customer team manage all marketing activity that is directed at companies prospective and existing customers and they are currently looking for a Marketing Acquisition Manager to start ASAP to cover maternity leave.
This will be full time for approximately 6 to 8 months and will be to work in the central London offices 2 or 3 days a week following the current restrictions with lockdown.
As Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for creating, agreeing, and executing marketing campaigns which support the acquisition of new customers to support leasing or sale in the most efficient and effective way.
Marketing activity will be consistent of best practice and smooth workflow for delivery of projects. Marketing will typically include content and design for brochures, HTML, websites, film, photography, launch events, advertising, social media, hoarding or vinyl’s, marketing suites and on-floor marketing materials, models of developments and pitches.
This will largely involve managing work outsourced to a range of existing agencies. The team will also run branding programmes and events for asset developments and marketing channels to market.
