This is a fantastic opportunity to join an International Law firm with a reputation for excellent client service and best in class employee recognition. The successful applicant will deliver a ‘Listening programme’ across a range of sectors and key clients. You’ll be responsible for developing customer feedback and insight strategy to further improve the customer journey. Based in Liverpool but with flexibility to work from home as required.

Job Description:

As part of the Marketing & Business Development function you’ll strive for continual improvement in client relationships based on feedback and insight.

  • Implement new approach to client feedback
  • Use insights to drive significant change and client process improvement
  • Deliver analysis of insight programme
  • Working with internal stakeholders to continually develop the programme
  • Manage insight and feedback platform

What We're Looking For:

To apply you should have a proven track record in a similar role with a professional services environment. This could be in a Business development or client relationship role where insight and data drives journey improvement.

  • Ability to project manage and deliver a programme whilst managing internal stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to build trust a rapport with senior executives
  • First class attention to detail
  • Educated to degree level
