This Brand Design Consultancy have been around for over 20 years, and are dedicated specialists in strategic brand and packaging specifically for food. They continue to have year on year success and have a reputable team of strategists, planners, writers, designers and packaging specialists who work collaboratively to make food brands stand out on shelf.

They are now looking to grow their team with an experienced Account Director to join them in Leeds.

Job Description:

A great communicator, listener and problem solver, you’ll always have the consumer in mind. As Account Director you will collaborate with the wider team and nurture key accounts to help grow brands and create effective packaging that delivers measurable results.

As Account Director, you’ll be heading up a team and managing a portfolio of leading brands, developing long-term senior client partnerships. This Account Director role is a pivotal role that combines brand strategy with client service. You’ll be able to demonstrate a high level of understanding of client business with the ability to then translate the strategy into a creative brief, working with the team to deliver these branding and packaging design projects on time and on budget.

As we know, all briefs can be different, from packaging, developing a new strategy or rethinking a product, so whatever the challenge you’ll help brands grow.

What we’re looking for:

You’ll know your ‘stuff’ from your previous agency experience and you’ll have worked with FMCG brands and retailers at a senior level.

You may be a Senior Account Manager ready for the next step up, or an Account Director wanting to work in a smaller team who are part of a wider group.

To be considered for this role, you’ll have experience of working in a branding/packaging design agency. You’ll be commercially minded with a proven track record of onboarding new clients, building strong client relationships and organically growing business. Team management goes without saying – you’ll be inspirational to your team and have experience of growing successful teams.
