This Marketing Communications Agency are looking for a Design Resource and Traffic Manager to join their inclusive team. This full-time role is based in Leeds and offers a salary of £30k-£38k along with some great benefits.

As Design Resource Manager, you will work closely with department heads and creative teams, managing the allocation of resources to various design projects.

In this Resource Manager role, you can expect to:
• Manage the end-to-end process for resource and traffic management for creative teams
• Work with the Senior Production Manager and Ops team in analysing and preparing resources for future peaks in workload
• Direct regular resource review meetings with creative teams, the Senior Production Manager and Ops team
• Update the resource schedule and calendars, ensuring all resource requests are prioritised and fulfilled
• Provide full support with scoping and costing on projects
You will need previous experience resourcing multiple teams in a creative agency, creative studio or in-house department setting. You will also require expertise in operations and resource management within communications, media advertising, creative or marketing agencies, along with excellent project management, planning and workflow management experience.

Additional requirements include:
• Ability to multi-task and handle changing and demanding environments
• Excellence in communicating and managing multiple stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills and agility in the face of challenges
• Open-minded and committed to learning a new resourcing system and then encouraging its adoption across the business
