Brand new opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join this fully integrated agency in Leeds. Experts in retail, strategy, performance and creative, they work with several retail clients, retaining long term relationships and delivering effective results.

They are working on a hybrid model, however as a client facing role, an ideal 3 or 4 days would be office based to accommodate the clients. Joining the client services team, you will manage and support a portfolio of clients with their planned and creative requirements. This role is strategic and creative (rather than project management). You'll work TTL so right across TV, radio, press ads, social, print, POS, in-store campaigns, digital, banners etc. The key requirement for this role is the more strategic and creative – you’ll be able to critique the creative and deliver / present projects to clients and give reason for how you think the campaigns will work.

Supporting and working closely with the Client Services Director you will be responsible for additional team members within the business. You will build and grow profitable client relationships for the agency, with the ultimate goal of encouraging client loyalty and enhancing the agency's reputation through the calibre of its work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of client relationships at mid and senior levels built on the quality of output and mutual respect
• Championing gold standard responses to every client brief
• Providing commercial awareness and compelling profitability, growth and efficiencies
• Ability to write, prepare & present documents, presentations and reports tailored to each client’s style, preference, knowledge & experience

• Deliver inspiring presentations in a style that excites the client and elicits action

To apply for this Account Director job, you will come from an agency background, must be established and proven, purposefully guided and creatively minded. You must also be knowledgeable with a good dose of common sense and have excellent attention to detail.
In addition, you should be able to juggle multiple tasks but know when to raise a hand for help and be a natural team player who fits well into a collaborative, friendly team. The tenacity and desire to see a job through to the end are also essential.
