We genuinely love working with this client to help place the right people in their team, as we know how great they are to work for. Friendly, fun and hard-working, they really want people to enjoy getting up in the morning to go to work, have a good day and have some fun along the way.
They are a team of retail experts who have a genuine passion for design. These guys are a friendly, down to earth independent Agency and they specialise in brand design and packaging. They love working collaboratively as a team and are all working in their offices Monday to Friday.
They deliver commercial results through collaborative thinking and work with some of the most well-known retail/FMCG brands.
They are looking for an Studio Coordinator or Account Executive to join them in their Leeds office.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who has graduated in either business, marketing or creative and wants to get some exposure of what it’s like to work in an Agency environment. Alternatively, this could suit someone with a PA background who would love to work in a creative agency.
There will be lots of support to allow you to flourish in this fast paced, exciting environment. We need someone who will soak up all this knowledge and crave more. Everyone learns something every day, there’s no resting on our laurels here.
You’ll be the front of house for the agency and will support the Account Managers and Creative team in many ways to make sure they keep up with deadlines. This will include admin support, answering calls, organisation of anything from birthday cards, client lunches to a trip into town to pick up samples or organising photo images.
What we’re looking for:
Their client service team is one of the best in the business, to join them you’ll need to be a great people person with the emotional intelligence to read the room and get under the skin of our clients and what makes them tick.
Hungry, with drive and ambition, you’ll have a rigorous eye for detail, never dropping a ball.
We would prefer you to have some knowledge of business and marketing, but your attitude is what really counts, super-organised, you’ll need to be a passionate, tenacious self-starter. You'll also work on a Mac in this role.
This is a small, vibrant company and as such everyone needs to fit in. Everyone ‘mucks in’ and you’ll be expected to make drinks and fill the dishwasher, just like everybody else!
