The York based team of 7 work from idea to implementation, delivering packaging design solutions and brand experiences. They are looking for a Account Manager to join their creative agency in York. What you’ll do:
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of creative and adaptive projects for clients ranging from packaging and point-of-sale to activation campaigns.
With support of the Account team, the Senior Account Manager will have responsibility for their own account along with day-to-day management of ad hoc projects, developing relationships and driving the account and projects.
You’ll produce estimates and timing plans in response to project briefs and generate inspiring creative briefs for the design team.
Build a partnership relationship with clients by developing a good rapport and be responsible for ensuring that relevant clients and account team members are kept up to date on project developments.
What you’ll need:
You will have exceptional organisational and communication skills! This is a fast-paced role with demanding clients, so you must be able to cope and keep calm under pressure.
You will foster direct relationships with clients and partner with the creative and production teams, leading the work from initial concepts through to end delivery.
You’ll already have agency experience as an Account Manager/Project Manager and be ready for your next move. Working with FMCG/Retail clients would be ideal.
Experience in monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered to agreed scope, timings, budget and creative quality, taking ownership for project financials including invoicing and internal process admin.
There is an opportunity to work across a varied mix of high-profile brands with the teams across the UK & Europe.
To be considered for this role you will have experience working in a brand and packaging design agency environment. You should be able to demonstrate experience of managing projects efficiently, on‐time and on-budget.
