Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, PPC, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.
• Analyse campaign performance and ROI, using insights to optimise future strategies and tactics.
• Manage and oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including digital content, landing pages, and promotional assets.
• Manage external agencies.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on campaign management within an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Experience working with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
