Conversion Rate Optimisation / Insights Analyst

Salary:£23000 - £28000 per annum


Are you a CRO/ Data Marketing specialist? Want to work for an award winning Digital Marketing Agency? Our client is on the lookout for a Conversion Rate Optimisation / Data Analyst to come on board and join their central Leeds team! This agency work with a string of exciting brands, ranging from automotive to high end retailers.

Job Description:

As a CRO / Data / Insight Analyst, you will sit within the agency's established Data Science team in the optimisation of client web pages and manipulation of marketing data. You will be involved in researching, planning, and executing A/B and MV testing activity using tools (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize). Campaign reporting, validation, regression, and analysis will also be a key part of this role. You will be expected to collate CRO and Data campaigns to discover campaign trends.

What We're Looking For:

As the ideal candidate, you will need to have experience within UX/UI Conversion Rate Optimisation or Data analysis role. Experience using VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, Google Analytics, SQL and Javascript would be a bonus. A passion for all things data and working experience within MS Excel is essential for this role. You must be a confident communicator, someone that wouldn't be phased by leading client meeting and presentations.
