You will be working in a leading property company who manage high profile events, ranging from small scale markets up to large festival events. As an Events Assistant you will have the responsibility of the administration and customer service side for the events team. Managing site visits and overseeing the installation of new activity.
What We're Looking For:
Candidate must have experience within working in an events team, and be able to manage the daily administration of events ranging from small to large. This includes overseeing the administration process of all documents and control of events/promotional/ pop-up bookings. Building long-lasting relationships with customers, tenants and community leaders is essential. Ensure that all activities comply with relevant legislation and must also be able to undertake tours of venues with potential brand partners, pop-up retailers and filming agents.
