Marketing & Business Development Assistant

Salary:£20000 - £25000 per annum

Location:London

Are you looking for the next step from a general admin job or looking to get your foot on the marketing ladder?

My client, a small and friendly law Firm, are looking for someone to come in and join their marketing and business development team; marketing experience is beneficial but not necessary. Essentially they are looking for someone who has admin experience who can support the administrative and marketing support activities for the team and assist with overflow work from BD/Marketing Executives.

It is a great opportunity to get your foot on the ladder and learn from experienced marketeers.

Responsibilities:

Creating and updating mailing lists across CRM, email marketing databases and updating presentation software files

Helping with event planning and execution

Diary management for BD & Marketing Director

Work closely with Partners and Directors to help with strategic target research on specific sectors, companies and assist with presentations.

Adhoc administrative duties

Do you have?

CRM experience or knowledge

Strong commercial awareness

High levels of motivation and enthusiasm

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional research skills (particularly online)

Design skills will be beneficial but not necessary
