Business Development Manager

Salary:£45000 - £50000 per annum


Do you want to be part of an Internationally recognised, growing Professional Services Firm?
Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to come and help grow one of their key sectors, targeting a variety of sub-sectors. You will be responsible for developing , delivering and monitoring strategic marketing and business development activity for the sector and actively generating leads.

Lead on all Marketing and Business Development activity
Develop and deliver the national sector plan, working closely with Senior Partners
Full marketing mix; end-to-end marketing campaigns and thought leadership and managing key stakeholders within each service line, region and central marketing team
Organise and attend events for the real estate and construction sector within the UK and internationally; actively build a network of contacts to ultimately generate or identify business leads
Deliver high quality, effective internal communication, including intranet content within and on behalf of the sector
Build a network of contacts to generate or identify leads

What we are looking for?
Experienced manager within the real estate and/or construction sector
Excellent project management and coordination skills
Ability to work with senior partners internally as well as their peers externally
Ability to work effectively with the sector heads, displaying confidence and national authority
Exceptional writing and editing capabilities
