Do you have marketing and CRM experience, and are you seeking a new job in London? Network Marketing is helping a collaborative company recruit a Junior Marketing Operations Executive, and the role comes with an attractive salary of up to £28,000 and benefits package.
As a Junior Marketing Ops Executive, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining marketing operations processes, working closely with the group sales and marketing teams to optimise marketing performance and, ultimately, revenue.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Administer marketing and CRM platforms ensuring they fit the needs of the marketing and sales teams across the group
  • Develop automations and workflows to help drive demand, nurture and convert leads
  • Collaborate with group marketing
  • Build and maintain reports/dashboards and analyse campaign performance
  • Provide ongoing recommendations to optimise performance across the marketing/sales lifecycle
We are looking for someone who would like to build a career in Marketing Operations, and has a good understanding of the role of marketing in an organisation. What we’re looking for:
  • Marketing and/or Business Management degree/qualification or apprenticeship
  • Experience in working in B2B Marketing (e.g full-time, work placement, intern)
  • Proficiency in administering marketing automation/CRM platforms or Wordpress CMS’s
  • The ability to work with data and an analytical mindset
In return for your knowledge and expertise, you will receive a salary of up to £28,000 and benefits package.
