Are you a CRM Analyst? Want to work for a leading E-Commerce / Fashion retailer?
 
Our client is on the hunt for a CRM Analyst to come on board and join their growing analytics department. These guys are industry leaders within fashion, with a string of exciting brands in their roster whilst operating worldwide.
 
As a CRM Analyst, this focus of your role will be to support in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (including DM, Email, Push and SMS) and to provide analysis and insight-based recommendations for improved customer targeting.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce ad-hoc customer & campaign related analysis to support the needs of the business.
  • Provision of multi-channel selections including direct mail, email, push & SMS campaigns in accordance with the brand strategies.
  • Produce timely and accurate results and reports to understand the success of the marketing activity across channels.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improved customer targeting using insight-based recommendations.
 
What are we looking for?
  • Strong SQL skillset with experience working within databases
  • Experience working within Ms Excel, CRM, Adobe Campaigns, and PowerBI
  • A good understanding of marketing channels such as SMS, Email, CRM and Direct Mail
  • Be able to commute to Bradford 2 days a week
  • Strong numerical skillset with a passion for data marketing
