Network Marketing is seeking an experienced B2B/Commercial Brand Marketing Manager to join our client's friendly and talented team. This B2B brand marketing role is based in Leeds, but offers hybrid working where you can work from home for half of the week. The role also offers flexible working options, including part-time and a salary of £40,000-£45,000.
As a B2B Brand Marketing Manager, you will direct all brand marketing for a handful of the company’s commercial brands with responsibility for developing and implementing a high impact growth strategy, liaising with product management, digital, creative, sales and external agencies to support business growth and objectives.

In this busy role you can expect to:

  • Deliver marketing activity within the agreed budget and timescales and in line with marketing objectives
  • Be a brand ambassador that creates, implements, and measures the success of a comprehensive and proactive marketing and communications programme
  • Construct a fully integrated marketing campaign plan for the brands that consider key messaging, product launches and important campaigns for the distinct audiences
  • Liaise with the digital and creative teams to ensure that campaign briefs are understood, and key messaging and timelines are relayed
  • Work alongside the digital team to ensure that messaging and imagery for the brand are consistent across all digital channels
To apply, you will need to demonstrate proven experience at Marketing Manager level in a B2B capacity which has ideally been gained in a manufacturing environment.
You will also require a background working within a busy, results-orientated business and working with a national sales force team. In addition, you should have exceptional project management skills, proficient computer skills, and you must hold a full valid UK driving licence as some travel to various sites will be required. Experience managing a small team is also desirable, but not essential.
