We all know that appreciated and valued staff equals happier and more motivated staff. While there are many ways of businesses showing their appreciation to their staff; this post is going to focus on just the one! Perkbox.

Perkbox is an employee benefit scheme, designed to reward employees for their hard work by making life that little bit more affordable. It aims to ensure 'team happiness' and help employees to feel valued in their role and company.

We, at Network Marketing and The Book, all use it – it is (just) one of the perks we all receive working here…well, who doesn’t love a bargain or freebie!?
