Job Description:

Providing administrative support to the busy Business Development department key accountabilities would be:

• Supporting with Business Development planning and marketing campaigns
• Managing and coordinating meetings for the department, organising meeting venues, and ensuring the department calendar is accurate at all times
• Posting website content in line with the firms policies and guidelines.
• Organising and maintaining all team folders of information, and producing consistent content in line with the firms standards

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, someone who is a self-starter and can work efficiently
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Positive can do attitude
