The successful applicant will work closely with the Head of Client Development to deliver exceptional Key Account Management
• Identify opportunities for client development through insight
• Work with key stakeholders to develop Account best practice
• Production of board reports on trends, analysis and insight
• Develop thorough understanding of client needs
• Support delivery of new business from Key Accounts
What We're Looking For:
To apply you should have a proven track record of delivery in a similar role within a professional service.
• Experience of CRM systems
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
• Previous experience of KAM role within a law firm
• Ability to work with wider BD & Marketing teams to deliver KAM strategy
• Experience of delivering client insight
