Great Coverage for our chosen charity Simon on The Streets

Categories: Charity

We've recently done quite a lot of work for Simon on the Streets supporting them in raising much needed funds for this charity for homeless and rootless people in West Yorkshire. Last Sunday the charity were featured on the Secret Millionaire and received funding from Charles Allen to help employ an additional care worker.  It was an amazing boost for the charity and a real tear jerker for anyone even vaguely involved in the work they do. On top of this brilliant coverage Charles was then in the Times last Saturday talking about the need for business and politicians to keep supporting the volunteering and charitable work that so many people do in the UK and further afield. Here is a copy of the article copied from the Times - we have shared it to continue the great coverage that the charity received and hope The Times approach their copyright laws with a similarly charitable approach. The Times Simon on the Streets I hope his words inspire everyone to think of people less fortunate than themselves.
