On Tuesday 1st November 2016 we at Network Marketing will be celebrating our 20th birthday. You may well spot some pictures of celebratory things on our website and social media channels for a little while to come.
Looking after the marketing, digital and creative sectors, we have over 30 members of staff working from three offices across the UK – Leeds, Manchester and London.
“What started out 20 years ago with just me has steadily grown to a thriving recruitment agency with a great team of people, many of which have been with us for over 10 years" says Jonathan Hirst, Managing Director and founder. “I believe our success comes from our core ethos of ‘recruitment, done properly’ – no shortcuts or BS. We try to do everything we can for our candidates and clients, offering the best recruitment experience possible, focusing on quality people and clear communications.

The business of recruitment has changed immeasurably from 1996 so by staying relevant to the industry, we have been able to continue to develop and grow the business. We believe passionately about technology being an enabler, not a replacement for human interaction so meeting candidates and clients face to face is still a bedrock of our process.
