Categories: Recruitment ,

So, did the best man win? We suspect quite a few of you were left stunned on Sunday night as Lord Alan Sugar announced the winner of this years The Apprentice. Tom Pellereau who some may describe as the ‘Underdog’ swiped the grand prize of a £250,000 business investment right from under his fellow contestant’s noses despite having the worst track record of any of the final four.I think the icing was finally on the cake on the The Apprentice: Your Hired show afterwards when it was made clear that runner up Helen Milligan would have won, had the prize been to become Lord Sugar’s apprentice. Despite the shock decision, the show still managed to rake in a record breaking 10.7m viewers!Sunday’s final also subjected us  to the contestant’s less than polished interview techniques when they were interviewed intensively by Lord Sugar’s accomplices...perhaps they should have consulted our very own Network Marketing top interview tips video? Guest written by our very own Laura Mallinson.
