What Google+ Is Really About

Here at Network Marketing Towers we like our new technological developments although sometimes struggle to keep up with the leviathan that is Google.  The very latest from the amazing marketing team there is Google+ but what does this mean for us in the marketing/digital/technology sectors. Well, we wouldn't presume that all of our avid readers are at all interested in our own personal views so...we've nicked some!  Firstly from @KatieMoffat on twitter who pointed us in the direction of a fantastic slideshare from @fttechfinder.  So here it is - have a watch and we'll discuss!!

So - this all got us thinking.  How many of you are familiar with google apps? It's a complete cloud based set of desktop applications - similar to Word, Powerpoint, Excel but just not Microsoft.  And guess what.  It's cheap.  Microsoft isn't... (Speak to these guys if you are interested in hearing more - apparently they're quite good...) Imagine a world without email - because that's where this is heading.  Share all the content you want from google apps to whichever circle of friends you want to via Google+. Maybe we're getting a bit carried away here but surely we aren't far away from a position where Googleapps, Google+ and, well, let's just call everything 'G' for simplicity, will be how we live our lives - both in and out of work.  Now - there's a thought...
