Full service, retail advertising agency who create shopper targeted creative ads for FMCG brands… Seeking a Senior Client/Account Manager to join their internal client service team in West Yorkshire. Hybrid model and excellent benefits along with a friendly, fast paced culture!

The wider team is split into campaign implementation and project management, and client management, and this specific role is focussed on the more commercial client side. You'll need to be happy 'number crunching' and managing forecasts and budgets and be commercially minded.

What you’ll do:

• Create, deliver, and evaluate customer-focused campaigns, across a range of retail-focused marketing and sales activity.
• Implementation to evaluation.
• Develop proposals, strategies and briefing.
• Take ownership of driving commercials for various categories to contribute to business targets.
• Line-manage a couple of direct reports in your team.

What you’ll need:

• Excellent client services skills and leadership.
• Retail, sales, and media planning experience across multiple channels.
• Proven experience in establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
• Retail, shopper, FMCG experience.
• Experience in managing the commercials and budgets along with reorting results.
