Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, a deep understanding of content marketing, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to B2B clients. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring project success, and contributing to the growth of the agency.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with clients to define content marketing strategies that align with their objectives.
  • Work closely with our content creation and strategy teams to plan and execute content campaigns that deliver results.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients, highlighting the impact of our content marketing efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services to existing clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in B2B content marketing.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a B2B marketing or advertising agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of content & social media marketing principles and strategies.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and project management tools.
