We are seeking a talented Marketing Acquisition Manager to join the team and help grow the membership base.

Position Overview:
As the Marketing Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving membership growth by developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns. You will work closely with various departments to attract new members, engage existing members, and strengthen the organisation's presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to acquire new members.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising (paid channels), email marketing, social media, and events.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Analyse marketing performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget and external agencies.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Experience in marketing for membership organisations or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
