Creative Marketing Manager - International Charity
Location: South Manchester
Salary: £45,000

Responsibilities:
As the Creative Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind the brand image and communications strategy. You will lead a team of creative professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that engage, inspire, and connect with the audience.

• Conceptualizing and implementing creative marketing campaigns to communicate the charitable mission and vision.
• Leading and managing the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and content creators
• Developing and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring consistent and impactful representation across all touchpoints.
• Creating visually compelling content for various platforms, including digital ads, social media posts, website assets, and print materials.
• Overseeing the production of multimedia content, including videos and animations, to elevate the storytelling efforts.
• Managing external agencies and freelancers when required to execute specific projects or campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creative marketing
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing creative teams, with the ability to inspire & mentor
• Exceptional visual and written communication skills, with a keen eye for design and a passion for storytelling.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, and the ability to integrate creative concepts into digital campaigns.
