Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced CRM Manager to join our growing team. As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective customer relationship management strategies to enhance client engagement, drive customer loyalty, and maximise revenue opportunities.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to increase customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer segments, personas, and journeys.
  • Utilise CRM tools and platforms to analyse customer data, track KPIs, and measure campaign performance.
  • Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in CRM, digital marketing, and customer experience management.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on CRM performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
 
Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
