My client is a leading luxury household linens company based in the North West. They are looking for a Social Media Customer Service Advisor to join their team, as soon as possible. This is an exciting new role which for the right candidate could lead to further opportunities within the expanding marketing team.
You will be responsible for:
• Responding promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries via the website, emails, and social media channels
• Providing first class customer service, exceptional customer focus, commercially switched on
• Managing the e-commerce accounts
What we are looking for:
• Plenty of customer service experience, someone who can use the right tone of voice to enhance the customer experience
• A creative flair and socially savvy
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Ability to work in a team, as well as independently
• Experience of e-commerce trading (for example, Amazon, eBay)
