Digital UX Manager/Optimisation Manager

Salary:£45000 - £50000 per annum

Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and highly successful financial services company in Leeds.

Job Description:

Working in the digital team you'll have specific responsibility for optimising all new customer journeys. Your desire to delight customers will drive improvements to existing journeys and help you to shape new journeys. You'll lead the test and learn strategy with a view to increasing the experience and improving KPIs whilst also being responsible for UI and the look and feel of the company's three main websites.

In this new role you'll also be tasked with setting and maintaining digital standards and developing guidelines for the developers to follow for tone of voice, use of assets, placements and behaviours.

Your main aim will be to create engaging online experiences and encouraging customer visits through design, content and digital assets such as video, imagery etc.

What We're Looking For:

To be considered you'll currently be in a role where you're creating engaging design and journeys for digital channels. You'll need to be experienced at SEO and able to include SEO principles into any changes. Experience of CRO and CMS systems is essential. It goes without saying that you'll have experience of running AB and MVT test programs. Ideally you'll have some experience of wireframing and sketching. Experience in an FCA regulated environment would be a distinct advantage.
