Marketing Manager looking for a new opportunity? If so, this role could be for you. Here’s what you need to know:
 
Job title: Marketing Manager (reporting into the Head of Marketing)
Sector: Manufacturing
Company: Large international business with a sizeable marketing team and brands which you’ll know well
Location: Hull (close to the Humber Bridge with great links to the M62). Hybrid with 3 days in the office.
Salary: £38,000-£42,000
 
What you’ll be tasked with:

  • Managing a team of 4 marketing specialists.
  • Working with the Head of Marketing in all key projects and campaigns.
  • Developing and executing marketing plans (writing briefs and working with internal teams and external agencies).
  • Working across B2B and B2C, across all areas of marketing and all channels.
  • Branding and brand development – ensuring the brand is well represented across all media.
  • Content strategy (alongside PR and social media specialists).

What you’ll need to evidence to be considered:
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Broad marketing experience with strategic and delivery experience and the desire to still be hands-on when needed.
  • Experience of managing projects and budgets.
