Our five minutes of fame marks further expansion as last year we celebrated the opening of our Manchester office. Starting the flow of new consultants in the Leeds office was Angela Hough who joined Network Marketing’s creative sister company The Book.  Angela brought with her over ten years experience of working in both production and account management in a number of leading creative agencies. This industry knowledge means that Angela is in the perfect situation to understand what makes her candidates and clients tick. TeeJay Jones joined Network Marketing with seven years experience in recruitment and a background in news and sports journalism from Africa and Zimbabwe. TeeJay is a specialist in the freelance market. To launch Network Marketing’s Graduate Trainee programme, Laura Mallinson and Prathama Panigrahi joined the team as Graduate Trainees. Prathama Panigrai has a great passion for marketing. She has completed her MSc in International Marketing Management from University of Leeds and holds her undergraduate degree in Media and Communication. Her knowledge gained from her education puts her in the position of being able to work in the best interests of clients and candidates aiming to be a successful consultant. Laura Mallinson graduated from the University of York last year and joined the team from Acceleris Marketing Communications where she was a PR Account Executive. Her background in public relations has given her a useful insight to the world of marketing, allowing her to understand what both candidates and clients require from the recruitment process. These new appointments are the highlight of Network Marketing’s continuing expansion, as during the past years they have retained many national and local clients and have continued to successfully provide marketing jobs for both candidates and clients in Yorkshire and the North West. Network Marketing’s Managing Director Jonathan Hirst said: "Coming out of one of the worst recessions in recent history it's really positive that we have identified what we consider to be 4 strong additions to the team. We'll provide them with great career opportunities and I am sure they will make a great contribution to our clients businesses and to our candidates careers."

From setting up Network Marketing in 1996 Jonathan has been a regular on the marketing scene across the North. Being heavily involved in recruitment at the outset he spends more time now meeting potential clients and helping grow the business for the team. Being split across the Leeds, Manchester and London offices gives him the opportunity to spread the gospel according to Network Marketing! And he's really not as old as this makes him sound...
